Some party game (working name)

This is a peaceful valley with several villages and towns, enjoying a quite life, however it's often serves as a starting point to many adventures and home to heroes—adults and babies alike, since babies here are smart and conscious, and many of them have unique abilities. They live together in communities and have their own customs and traditions, many of which are simplified and amusingly modified laws of adults: their own code of honour, hospitality formulas and law of mutual assistance. (Based on some party game about babies having a competition, allegedly made by "Nintendo", but I forgot the name. And a touch of D&D also. )
