Is it called Coldville or Freezetown?

(Not exactly my magnum opus) A vagabond travels to the town of Coldville, soon learning that it goes by two names, the other being Freezetown. Two distinct factions have formed called the Colders and Freezers, who constantly bicker and fight over what the city should be called. You have decided that it will be you who will unite the city under one name.
