Fallout: New Orleans (Low-Context Friendly)

A Scenario set in the remnants of the City of New Orleans after a Nuclear War in the year 2077. The La République de la Nouvelle-Orléans, or La République, stands as a bastion of Freedom and Acceptance in the Louisiana Wasteland... if you can learn French. A bastion of high culture and even higher snobbishness, it is nevertheless the best option for anyone who wants to live free in the Wasteland. To the West, the Legion Expedition is carving out its holdings in preparation for further conquest. After hearing of Caesar and Lanius' deaths in the Mojave, its leader, Galba, has taken the title of 'Nova Caesar' for himself. Realizing that it would take too long for his slave women to give birth to a generation of new warriors, Galba repealed several of the Legion's discriminatory laws against women to expand the number of warriors in his army. To the North, the Brotherhood of Steel has sent an expeditionary force, one that is going after the République's stores of Old World Technology, which include the fabled Cold Fusion Reactor. And to the East, an ancient menace, the Enclave, sees the République and its dislike of English-speakers as an abomination to America worse than Mutation... War, War Never Changes.
