Misery (Stephen King)

The story is inspired by "Misery" by Stephen King, with your character replacing Paul Sheldon in the narrative. You are a famous author. After a car accident you are rescued by your self-proclaimed number one fan, Annie Wilkes, a former nurse who lives in isolation not far from the crashing site. Annie brings you back to her home, to tend to your injuries. You don't know it yet, but she has no intention of letting you leave.
