The haunting of the Serenity

You are the only survivor on the serenity, a space ship of the Alliance. You work tirelessly to fix the ship up as you travel back to earth, but recently strange things have happened, things move, strange knocking sounds and similar things. Is it just your nerves giving in? Or something more sinister? I coded a small list of possible hauntings into the scenario and it will randomly pull one of those. When the story starts it will give you a number. This is the number of your haunt. If you want to check which haunt you got: I put the list in the comments.
