HVZ story: Good neighbor.

This is basically a break-off of my biggest project Heroes Vs Zombies. Showing what went down when the zombies invaded... In a kid-friendly way. Even though some people would be disappointed to hear that. However! This is part of a massive dump of different scenarios I've crafted over a amount of time that I don't even recall. I am not done making scenarios, I'm just making them in secretly, play testing, then build the courage to post it. But with me doing a dump of multiple different things I will not have the AI to rate the stories. So I glanced at the age rating and determined that this is Everyone because of the minor violence and danger. However I worded it in a kid-friendly way.
