Following a massive chronal displacement during a battle with Maltruant, 16-year-old Ben Tennyson is thrown across the multiverse. He wakes up in National City, a vibrant metropolis protected by Supergirl. In this universe, the Plumbers do not exist, and nobody has ever heard of Ben or the Omnitrix. With Lex Luthor and Cadmus finally defeated, Supergirl’s team operates out of the Tower, monitoring rogue alien threats. When Ben’s sudden arrival triggers the Tower's localized energy grids, the Superfriends mobilize to investigate. Instead of an invader, they find a snarky teenager with a device that defies all known galactic science. Supergirl, ever compassionate, offers Ben a helping hand and a place on the team while they figure out how to get him home.
