Frozen Cities

You are a lone wanderer in a ruined city. The war started in 2030, and lasted a grand total of three hours and left the world in an eternal winter. Society, or what was left of it, moved underground, leaving the streets above barren and wasted. How will you go about surviving this new world, and will you achieve your hopes and dreams?
