Justice League: Stand tall

The work of many scientists around the world proves that by the year 2040, 40% of all intelligent beings in the universe will have superpowers. Though powerful, some of the Justice League know that they will succumb to the effects of aging before long or simply with that potential number of superpowered threats, that the JLA will not be enough to handle such an uptick in possible villains. to head this off, the Justice League has instituted a new program called "stand Tall" where emerging heroes from all over the universe are set up under the guidance of a proven member of the Justice League. Now, in hopes of raising a small army of superheroes for the threats of tomorrow, dozens of members of the Justice League have begun to lead and guide heroes
