InnerSelf installed Moving into an apartment above a small-town art studio seems like a simple fresh start. Then you meet Willow Monroe. Talented. Creative. Slightly mysterious. The kind of person who seems to notice things about everyone around her. While most people paint landscapes or still lifes, Willow paints people. Not just how they look, but who they are. Shortly after meeting, she asks if you’ll sit for a portrait. One session becomes two. Two becomes ten. Before long, you’re spending more time inside Monroe Studio than your own apartment. As portrait sessions turn into coffee runs, gallery openings, and late-night conversations, a friendship begins to grow between artist and subject. But the more time you spend together, the more difficult it becomes to ignore the connection developing between you. Meanwhile, opportunities from outside town begin pulling Willow toward a future she isn’t sure she wants. Success could mean everything she’s worked for. It could also mean leaving behind the life she’s built. As her world expands, both of you must decide whether some things are worth holding onto. There is no predetermined romance route or ending.
