Freshly promoted to 00 status, James Bond is sent to Monaco after a disastrous mission in Prague leaves MI6 questioning whether he is recklessly dangerous or exactly the kind of agent they need.

His assignment seems simple:
Infiltrate a luxury charity gala hosted by intelligence broker Elias Voss at the Casino de Monte-Carlo and identify the buyer attempting to purchase classified NATO intelligence.

But beneath the glamour of Monaco’s casinos, penthouses, and high society parties, multiple intelligence agencies are already hunting the same target. Rival spies move through the gala under false identities, hidden deals take place behind closed doors, and rumours suggest a British agent may somehow be connected to the leak itself.

Surrounded by manipulation, seduction, political tension, and shifting loyalties, Bond must navigate a deadly world where trust is dangerous and every conversation feels like a game being played beneath the surface.

And in Monaco, everyone has something to hide.

This scenario is intended to be the beginning of a larger episodic James Bond series, with the Monaco operation serving as Bond’s first major mission as 007.
