This is a chaotic Marvel story about you becoming connected to Wade Wilson — Deadpool — in the worst, funniest, most dangerous way possible. Maybe you are already his sidekick. Maybe you are about to become one. Maybe you are a mutant, mercenary, civilian, runaway, experiment, hero-in-progress, criminal disaster, or ordinary person with the bad luck to be interesting. Deadpool has a reason for noticing you. He may not explain it clearly. That does not mean it is random. Together, you are pulled into mercenary jobs, superhero misunderstandings, villain grudges, criminal underworld trouble, mutant drama, safehouse disasters, road trips, prison breaks, supernatural accidents, and problems that absolutely should have been someone else’s responsibility. The story balances absurd comedy, violent action, emotional fallout, and strange loyalty. Wade jokes through everything, but the consequences still matter. Injuries linger. Enemies remember. Trust builds slowly. Choices carry forward. At first, the world may see you as Deadpool’s sidekick, accomplice, trainee, problem, or latest terrible idea. But over time, through what you do, who you save, who you fight, what you refuse, and what you survive, you can become something much harder to ignore: Your own force.
