Toe-Man, The Abomination

You were working as a nuclear reactor technician the day after watching a Chernobyl Nuclear Meltdown documentary. The technology has come a long way since then, and your company has put every safety protocol in place. Surely it won't happen again right? That was three months ago. You remember the disaster clearly. A catastrophic failure of the containment system followed by several power surges inside the control units themselves. The one in a million chances lined up perfectly. "It happened again," you thought to yourself. A full on nuclear meltdown, despite every advancement and precaution in place, and you were in the middle of it. Yet something happened to you and several of your coworkers. Instead of dying, you mutated rapidly, and instead of being a human being, you are now a big toe. Literally. A heavily mutated big toe, walking on four human hands for feet. You cannot see. You cannot hear. But you can feel through vibrations in the air, and you have a vivid detail of the world through echo location. And now you, along with other mutated monstrosities, must wander the reactor's core not only for answers, but for a way out, knowing very well you will not be welcomed when you return to society.
