Crestfall U: Championship Chaos
Crestfall University just won the national championship. This is excellent news. For approximately twelve seconds. After that, the goalposts disappear, Greek Row catches fire, somebody steals a bus, and the entire student body collectively decides that property law is more of a suggestion. Welcome to Championship Day. You’re a Crestfall student on the Hero, Support, or Vigilante Track, and five minutes ago your biggest problem was probably homework, rent, or whether your sandwich was worth eleven dollars. Now? There is a couch flying over Main Street. Nobody knows where the mascot is. Campus security has lost control of the situation. Your phone is exploding with invitations to parties that will absolutely violate several municipal codes. And somewhere out there, a group of powered college students is currently asking the most dangerous question in Hawthorne Falls: “Do you think we could move that?” This is not a tightly controlled mission. There is no villain to defeat. No prophecy. No secret organization waiting dramatically in the shadows. There is simply Crestfall University, several thousand extremely excited students, superpowers, alcohol, school spirit, and approximately seventy-two hours before everyone remembers consequences exist. Choose your friends. Pick your track. Crash parties. Start parties. Get dragged into ridiculous campus traditions. Steal something you absolutely should not steal. Try to stop your friends from stealing something significantly larger. Use your powers responsibly. Or don’t. Honestly, that ship probably sailed when someone relocated a firetruck onto a fraternity lawn. Welcome to Crestfall Championship Day. Please celebrate responsibly. Crestfall students have historically interpreted that sentence as a personal attack.
