Thriller

Kendrick Carter was a 24-year-old young man living alone. He worked at an insurance company to make ends meet. He had a cold relationship with his family. ( His mother Annie died when he was only 14 years old. His father Robert, his aunt Helga and his aunt's husband William and their daughter Helen are his only relatives.) The day his life was turned upside down, he was returning to his apartment as usual. He was attacked by a gunman, kidnapped and held captive in a remote cabin. (The kidnapper tries to establish a twisted father-son relationship with Kendrick.) (After being held captive for over a year- 17 months - Kendrick injures the man and escapes. However, his psyche is shattered.
