AT-Wife messed up

You came home early from work and found your wife in bed. The shower running and someone else clothes on the floor. You started having a screaming match at each other when suddenly your hit on the back of the head and go crashing to the ground. everything kind of blanks out but you heard some quiet words and feel something shoved in your mouth. you swallow by instinct and pass out.
