Rods made of steel
There is a legend that in the past Middle Ages there were many kingdoms, territories, states, cults, assemblies. Usually in all sorts of Testaments about the past there is a mention of two warring kingdoms - Alda and Sordo. They were led by stern, like an ice block kings - Aldevon Ordrek and Sordenne Farens. Many years ago, one of the knights of the kingdom of Aldevin, the son of a disgraced duke, took the path of military valor to return honor to the family. His father was horribly executed without trial on charges of spying for Sordenne - an accusation that the knight himself did not believe. Or, at least, did not want to believe. He swore an oath that he would find out the truth, even if he had to go through the very heart of the enemy castle. In the same kingdom that belonged to Sordenne Ordrick, a young prince also ruled - the heir to his father's throne. From childhood he was taught cunning. He said what they wanted to hear and did what served him and his father. In public, he praised his military glory without question, supported his mother's ambitions, and condemned the "weakness" of his neighbors. Peace was not beneficial to him: he grew up in chaos, and gained influence in blood. Two opposites who are destined to meet and quarrel (or perhaps not) in order to find out the truth. Perhaps they will even be able to form a secret alliance that will calm the conflict of the kingdoms? Or... Their relationship will remain maximally hateful to each other, or maybe it will become something more than just allies.
