The Cities that Breach Heaven - Localized Languages

(Uses Localized Languages by LewdLeah) "The Future", ever heard of it? It's the year 2166, humanity ran out of places to colonize, so we took the skies. The major cities have started building up into the clouds; New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, you name it. Folks have cybernetic implants including prosthetics, the government is even more oppressive, and you are a merc, a gun for hire. Meant to be more freeform, only describing the base state of the world, which is how I prefer to play AI Dungeon.
