No-Chance City (The City Is Burning)

Your town has gone to hell. There was one man who held the crime in Noncraya City. Or No-Chance City, as most call it. Lazlo "No-Chance" Norton. He was one of the scariest men on Earth. And just like every other man, there was one thing he couldn't beat. Time. He held the city in a stranglehold for decades... but he kept the crime from running rampant. It was still there, but thanks to him muggers stayed in alleys. Dealers sold in the worst parts of the city. With his death, the rules are gone. Every asshole with a chip on their shoulders took to the streets. And when the ones who just needed an excuse saw the chaos, it didn't take much for them to add to it. Looking out the window tonight you see fires, a crashed car, and some asshole on a dirt bike trying to hit a homeless man with a baseball bat. The man ducks the blow and runs into an alley. You hear gunshots, screams, and someone's insane laughter as they no-doubt do something evil.
