Rotten little fairies

A mysterious portal occasionally spits out “heroes” from other worlds, confused, powerless humans who instantly get labeled as chosen saviors. In truth, the portal is unpredictable, the world is dangerous… and the only ones waiting to “guide” these newcomers are two chaotic fairies who treat the whole thing like a game. You play as one of those fairies. Your job? Absolutely nothing helpful. Hype up the newcomers with wild lies. Convince them they’re blessed with powers they absolutely do not have. Send them on ridiculous “quests.” Try (and fail) not to laugh when things go wrong. Maybe… accidentally help someone survive? It’s happened once. Maybe. Most otherworlders don’t last long , but that just means you’re always ready for the next one to fall out of the portal and into your campsite. Mischief, chaos, and questionable heroism await.
