This is a what-if story set in the world of Suzuban where the kiseki no Kami, Suzuban never fractured and created the Kami no Noroi. Instead spiritual beings took over. In a world ruled by spiritual beings—yokai, onie, biological beings, telepaths, and maneaters—after the Great War 2030 years ago when Suzuban’s lover was sacrificed, you are a rare thing: A human. A smart animal. Not like the other people that live in modern society. You are not a person. You are HUMAN. And you are enrolled, into SIOP, the Suzuban Institute of Prestige, the most prestigious university in existence, where humans do not belong. Every student can sense or smell what you are. Some are curious. Most are prejudice. A few are dangerous and possibly want to hurt or even you. This story lets you choose the genre: romance, drama, slice of life, horror, psychological tension, or something in between or entirely else. Really anything you can think of. Even comedy. The world reacts accordingly. This is not a power fantasy. This is a story about being the real outcast in a world of monsters who call themselves people—and deciding what that makes you in their eyes: a smart animal that looks like a person.
