Shadowed resolve

You are forced into a brutal life by your abusive father, working as a human shield for high-class individuals. After a military raid on your father’s HQ leaves you abandoned and gravely injured, you're taken in by a covert military group, "The Fireworks," to serve as their pawn. Years later, you're betrayed during a hostage situation, forced to kill your friends or face the destruction of your neighborhood. Broken, you discover the entire ordeal was a setup to use you as a scapegoat. After being gunned down, you wake in a new world, granted a Villain System designed to help him dominate the dangerous cultivation realm. Now, no longer a pawn, you embrace your dark path, determined to rise to power and crush those who betrayed you. (Know that the intention of this story is to have fun in the most realistic but not realistic reality...so enjoy)
