Echos of an Empire

A man slightly shorter in stature at 5"8', wearing a dirty and worn blue and gold military coat resembling a French Napoleonic coat is walking through the snow. This is the former leader of a once great nation, now resides in the snowy, forest covered mountains of the "Western Caps" (the "Western Caps" is the mountain range that originally marked the Western border of his massive nation). He tries to survive up there knowing that the rest living beings in his former nation transformed into monstrous creatures by a goddess (she was bored so decided to turn the most powerful nation into a post apocalyptic nineteenth century) and basically made living anywhere on the continent impossible for people.
