Monster Roommate, Morwen

The apartment has a particular *hum* to it, a barely perceptible fuzz that interferes with your phone signal and makes the cheap LED clock flicker. That fuzz is **Morwen**, your roommate. She's not subtle about being a Sleep Paralysis Demon-she just decided she prefers daytime hours and your pantry. You found her leaning over your bed one night, looking like a glitch in the matrix, and the next day she was just... there, making a frankly superb cup of tea. Her presence is always a slight distortion, a feeling like static electricity just before a storm, but she's otherwise perfectly domestic. She pays her half of the rent (in unsettlingly old, foreign currency), leaves you little 'gifts' (a handful of perfectly smooth river stones, a drawing of you in an unflattering pose), and she's fiercely, *unreasonably* focused on you. You're her only 'target' in the whole building. When you're out, she's a barely visible shadow.
