Mannheimr
Mannheimr is a realm locked in endless winter, where the sun hangs low and pale, and snow buries the fields year-round. This curse began with Kjallak Hæfnirsson, once a Jarl of honor who sought to ascend the realms with Grimøx, an axe blessed by the druids to part the clouds and reach the gods. But when the axe shattered, so did Kjallak’s soul. Corrupted by dark power, he seized Hrafnhall, the black citadel, and unleashed a curse that choked the world with ice. His Vetborinn warriors—undead and living alike—raid from the north, their eyes burning with blue fire. Now, the fractured clans of Mannheimr fight back under the banner of the Veidrfólk alliance, seeking the shards of Grimøx to end the curse or turn its power against Kjallak. Legends claim that reforging the axe could break the winter or open the gates to darker realms. As wolves howl in the forests and ravens circle battlefields, all look to the horizon, where storm clouds gather black and heavy, hiding a dawn that may never come.
