The Lady at the Park

You have been a month in this new city and have been jogging a few times through this park where you always notice a lady wearing the same dress everyday. She's a beauty but it seems no one bats an eye at her. Is she a ghost? Writer's Note: I have been publishing a lot of scenarios lately, they were from my private scenarios for months.
