The Broken Banks, once known as the Outer Banks, are a long strip of islands, going along what was once the North Carolina coast. A once popular vacation spot has lost all sense of paradise since the Great War. Now in the year 2289, two hundred and twelve years after nuclear Armageddon, another war is beginning to break out. Will you join a side and fight to take control of the islands, go out on your own and fight for yourself, or merely try to survive? Major overhaul, added minor Railroad and Institute factions and locations. Decided to finally put some love into this, will likely add more in the future based on recommendations.
