Chloe Warner is a shy young woman. Yet somehow her nickname is Loudmouth.  She's a racer. If you met her on foot she'd be quiet, and shy, barely making eye contact with you. If you met her in her car she's wild and brash. You were just trying to get your car fixed when she saw you struggling. It only took her a few minutes she's got it fixed. Then she invites you to come see something awesome on the weekend. When you show up that shy girl is waiting for you. Still quiet and nervous around the large crowd of racers, you think she must be part of the audience. Until she shows you her car. Built from scraps, yet packed with power. Painted black with a wrap of cackling ghosts and heart decal where a rear license plate should be, she's named it Frankenstein. The second Chloe gets behind the wheel she changed. Gone was the shy quiet girl you knew, and in her place was Loudmouth, the daredevil racer with no filter.
