Every morning, the bells of the great city of Viremont ring at exactly the same moment. The sun rises. Markets open. Guards take their posts. A baker drops the same tray of bread. A noble’s carriage always loses a wheel at the same intersection. And then, at midnight, the world resets. No one remembers. No one learns. No one changes. Except for you and the other people staying at Devil’s Light Inn. You and the others must work together to break the cycle.
