I’m I tripping? We getting scammed!

This isn’t a scenario, I just want to make sure if I’m seeing this right. Did they drop the amount of credits we get when buying them? Because I remember for 99.99$ we get 14000. Now we only 9800. That is the biggest down grade I have Ever seen on this app. If I’m right then they need to fix it. 9800 is definitely not worth 100$
