You were reincarnated into a completely messed up situation, where 3 universes have melded together. The god of reincarnation is spiraling and no longer has full control of his powers, but he still tries to send you to a proper place for a new life based on your Karma. Let’s just hope what’s left of the universe doesn’t collapse on itself. Karma determines the difficulty setting and overall freakiness of the story, you pick the universes for this iteration of the scenario. Yet another Isekai, but the AI takes the reins. It’s a pretty fun experiment when used with Hermes / Mistral Large, and nuts with Madness, decent with Wayfarer. You might have to hit retry if things are looking too weird.
