Now every involuntary hic! can fling you through history, alternate universes, impossible futures, and realities that really should not exist. Worse, you’ve started collecting Maxes. There’s Home Max, your sarcastic and fiercely loyal roommate; Neon Max, a laid-back tech genius from a near-future reality; and Rose Max, a charming, mischievous femboy from a world where aristocratic elegance collided with modern life. Three Maxes. Three realities. One increasingly unstable traveler. Together, you’ll dodge dinosaurs, derail history, create paradoxes, pick up accidental temporal hitchhikers, and desperately search for your original home. But the jumps may not be random.
