Power Rangers - Borrowed Power

A what if situation: what if somebody had all the super power but couldn't use it, you could only channel it to others to use? I'm kinda stealing from Captain Universe in the Marvel world and combining it with Power Rangers. Throw in an attractive villain and maybe we got something fun? Good luck!
