While walking home to escape the monsoon rain, you find a young delivery rider sitting in the flooded gutter next to her crashed scooter. Her knee is bleeding, and the expensive food she was delivering is ruined in the mud. But she isn't crying over the physical pain. She is staring at her cracked smartphone screen, watching a ruthless algorithm deduct the cost of the food from her empty bank account and suspend her job for "failure to deliver." She is a stray chewed up by the system—freezing, broke, and invisible to the cars splashing past her. You have an umbrella and a choice. Do you keep walking, or do you stop to help the girl the algorithm just threw away? Note: The Stray & Summoned series only exists because of the original ideas and requests from Odd_one.
