Stormy Night

As you and your grandfather relax in your home next to your family's lighthouse with a terrible storm outside, the two of you are suddenly visited by Baron Peter Harkman, bringing with him a demand to turn off the lighthouse for the night. Why does he want this, and what will come of his demand?
