The Silence

10 years ago, 2015, the world went into chaos due to a mysterious infection. 7 years ago, the military ordered to quarantine any surviving cities of the planet. 4 years ago, the remaining survivors outside the quarantine area were all killed. 3 years ago, the biggest known city to house over a hundred thousand survivors was torn down due to a rebellion, which started the plunge of humanity to certain doom. 1 year ago, humans learned to adapt and hide themselves in bunkers, and boarded up homes, some survived through planting crops and fishing for food in rivers while others lived in the oceans far from the mainlands. Now, 2025, the world is silent, the outbreak supposedly died out as the remaining survivors began leaving their safe havens and banding with others to recreate civilization, at least that's what they say. (I'm not used to the new stuff, so just edit things out if the AI gets it wrong, like your name and age since I don't know how to input much of the new things...)
