Rats in the Mud

July 1st 1916, 7:30 AM, was when British (And French) troops crossed No Man’s Land in an attempt to push the Germans from the Somme River and to alleviate the pressure on the French at Verdun. The estimated number of casualties at the high end was 1,215,000 men. Most of the British troops involved in this battle were inexperienced volunteers of the ‘New Armies’. This battle would be the dawn of aerial supremacy and the use of the Tank. But you won’t be in either of these technologies. You will be a rat in the mud fighting for King and Country! *I want your thoughts on this, should I make a individual perspectives (Ie, a German version of Somme) or just make different scenarios for each perspective?*
