Running With Scissors Tournament
Imagine the stupidest, most addictive thing a human could do on purpose. Now make it a sport. Now make it famous. You sprint 400 meters. You leap ten regulation hurdles. You do it while holding scissors—real ones, sharp enough to shave with. Blunt “safety” blades if you’re sane, double-sided razors if you’re not. Five seconds after the gun fires, a 1,200-pound Spanish fighting bull named Vulcanor XVII explodes out of a side chute and charges straight for you. No leash. No tranquilizers (unless the safety crew panics). Just you, the blades in your hand, concrete barriers under your feet, and a ton of programmed rage closing the gap at terrifying speed. The crowd roars. Caca Soda cans line every barrier, their red slogan blazing overhead: “Caca Fuels the Cut!” Drones film every near-miss for viral replays. Finish alive and you’re internet royalty. Finish first and you’re a legend. Get gored, sliced, or trampled and… well, the waivers were very clear. This is Scissor Dash: Bull Shear Pursuit. The most idiotic extreme sport ever legalized (barely). And tonight, in Palermo’s makeshift Shear Circuit, you’re about to run it for the first time. Inner-self included (kudos to LwedLeah!)
