You and your partner Casey, on a college break, decide to spend a week or two at the Mid-Century manor owned by your mother, Rita Steinwald, a powerful and domineering pharmaceuticals mogul. However, not only subtle tensions arise between your mother and your partner, a mental condition you believed you were cured from resurfaces, bringing a new sense of dread and paranoia. --- Inspired by a few avant-garde horror movies I've watched such as Evolution (2015), I'm Thinking of Endings Things (2020) and Beau is Afraid (2023).
