Welcome to the Halcyon Institute for Ethical Quirk Application, a specialized hero academy for students whose powers involve brainwashing, possession, emotional manipulation, memory alteration, bodily control, fear induction, pain transfer, and other abilities that sound significantly worse when read aloud in court. Halcyon exists to prove that no Quirk is inherently villainous—and that terrifying power can still be used with consent, restraint, transparency, and compassion. Here, students learn rescue work, combat ethics, emergency intervention, informed consent, psychological aftercare, and exactly how many witnesses should be present before temporarily overriding someone’s nervous system. The school is sincere. The students are trying. The faculty is exhausted.
