Murder in Morgantown

There's been a grizzly murder behind a bar (or pub) in rainy 1930's Morgantown. Your character is a somewhat renown investigator who just so happens to be the only one trained to stop this. Will you find the murderer before another one happens? Or is this far bigger than you could've ever imagined?
