Iralith

The world of Iralith is a frozen wasteland, its surface covered in blizzards. The only safety from the cold is the underground Fortress City of Onyx, with its only light source being that of lanterns and candles. To make up for the lack of food the cities hire Butchers to capture young women to be slaughtered so that those still living on the planet don't starve. Above the planet the Decaying Station has become a floating city for Pirates and black market Traders, ferrying supplies and people with their ageing ships. Both the Kingdom of Sacrifice and the Trade Union vie for control of the planets surface, desperate to wipe the other out.
