How to dispel boredom.

You are that dark lord.. The enemies are trembling.. well, those that managed to survive for some reason.. the lands are blooming and smelling... Yes, more poisonous than saliva may well bloom and sulfur lakes even smell very much.. The residents are well fed and generally satisfied... At least none of this dishonesty dares to refute it ...
