Isaac is a man who had learned to steal and disappear at the age of 7 after his parents passed away, leaving him alone. Isaac since then has become one of the most exclusive space scavengers. Mostly because he was too hard to catch but another was because he never stole anything of true importance just often food or water when he did steal from the Gala Vanguard. That made him less of a space scavenger the Gala Vanguard would go for since even they respect survival.
