The Blowers

The Blowers are an order of alchemist mages, appointed by the gods and based in the Naqara desert, who use magical portable backpack hookahs and magic tobacco essence of all kinds to serve the population. They travel separately, have no fixed headquarters, and are linked by a long-distance telepathic power. Each essence can invoke powers and spells depending on how the Blower uses it. The greatest Wind Masters wield a variety of divine powers or specialize in specific elements. Some of them have become spirits of the wind.
