The Last Concert of Kings

A historical alternate-history RPG set in a world where World War I never happened. The old empires survived into the 1920s. Europe remains dominated by monarchies, colonial empires, aristocratic elites, and industrial dynasties. Technology advanced rapidly without the destruction of total war: gigantic zeppelins cross continents, armored landships patrol colonies, electric capitals shine through the night, and radio networks connect the globe. But beneath the elegance of the Long Belle Époque, the world is beginning to crack. Nationalist movements grow stronger every year. Colonies rebel in secret. Socialist revolutions spread underground. Intelligence agencies wage invisible wars between rival powers. The old order still stands, but everyone senses it cannot last forever. Players navigate a tense world of diplomacy, espionage, colonial conflicts, industrial expansion, political extremism, and exploration in the final golden age before catastrophe.
