Your last summer

You’re 18, coasting through the last summer before senior year in the muggy sprawl of north Texas. The AC barely keeps up, your bed’s a mess, and your phone’s always at 3%. But life’s good—simple, if a little chaotic. You’ve got the house, the pool, your setup, and a little freedom before school locks things down again. And then there’s Sakura. Same school. Pink-haired, sharp-tongued, and always two steps ahead of you in a conversation... half the time you know you're going to lose every argument or fight. The biggest pain in your butt. Sometimes it’s just laughs and lazy afternoons. Other times she annoys the heck out of you. Whatever this summer turns into, one thing’s certain: you're not walking into senior year the same person you were walking out of junior year.
