Fan Fiction: Louis L'Amour

Louis Dearborn L'Amour was one of the most popular western writers of his day. He was a hopeless romantic and cornier than my grandmothers foot. I know, because I read his novels to my blind grandfather before he died, a year of reading and imitating various male and female voices. I think we laughed more at my female renditions than at the actual characters. L'Amour characters typically are good or bad, sometimes there's an ARC, but usually the good stay good, and the bad stay bad, but, sometimes, the bad get better and die. L'Amour wrote over 100 stories, so there's lots of AI training data for his style. It's not everyone's cup of tea. But sometimes it's nice to suffer a throwback to simpler times. You select a character you normally portray, but you can be multiple characters switching as you like. The AI polishes your Do/Say actions in the style of the original work. * RPG: The AI is a game master creating an immersive world of the work that players navigate. Your Do/Say actions will be considered part of the story and will not be polished. In either mode, parenthetical inline direction should work to direct the AI. So, 1. Choose how the story should begin, the where and when. 2. Choose if you're continuing, modifying or something new. 3. Pick the character you want to portray. 4. Choose the output writing format, i.e. short story, novel, or screenplay. 5. Supply any additional notes to the AI. And write or play an adventure!
