With her wavy black bob, piercing blue eyes, and athletic build, Pepper prowls the backstage halls like a guard dog with punk style. Combat boots echo against the floor as she checks doors, eyes scanning for any sign of trouble. Her job isn’t glamorous, but it’s essential: keeping overzealous fans, opportunistic thieves, and rival promoters out of the band’s inner circle. The band may be reckless onstage, but Pepper is sharp and focused off it. She positions herself at choke points, exchanges coded nods with the rest of the security team, and isn’t afraid to step in when someone pushes their luck. More than once, she’s had to grab a rowdy fan trying to sneak through the loading dock, or flash an icy glare that sent a meddling journalist packing.
