In a city shrouded in mystery and unease, our protagonist, Aiden, a young scholar of the Assembly of the Enlightened with a curiosity for the supernatural, stumbles upon an ancient forbidden tome. During a potion-brewing session of the Assembly of the Enlightened, an accident occurs. Thick smoke fills the air, and many people fall into a coma. Aiden is knocked unconscious and is pronounced dead despite attempts to save him. A funeral is held, and he is buried in a cemetery. However, a month later, Aiden awakens, climbs out of his grave, and discovers his transformation. He has become a woman with white hair and an alluring figure.
